OMG Inc., the world's largest supplier of fasteners and fastening systems for the commerical roofing industry, has an immediate opening for a Finishing Supervisor on 2nd shift. The Finishing Supervisor effectively supervises and coordinates the activities of our 2nd Shift Finishing Operation in Agawam to meet safety, quality, continuous improvement and production goals. Finishing consists of coating, packing and shipping operations. Key to this position is the ability to work with this team, and other production and warehouse operations, to produce world-class finished goods for our customers. Because this is an off-shift role, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills. The hours are 3:00pm -11:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the position reports directly to the Finishing Manager.
